Scott Museles is an attorney with Shulman Rogers Law and is providing Destination Cellars with legal counsel and support. Mr. Museles counsels companies on matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, public and private offerings, securities compliance and general corporate law.

Robin Lail is the great grandniece of Captain Gustav Niebaum who founded Inglenook Vineyards in 1879. She is a fourth generation vintner in Napa Valley and her daughters, Erin and Shannon Lail are representing the fifth generation. Her father, John Daniel, Jr. who re-opened Inglenook following Prohibition, was the first man to put Napa Valley as an appellation on wine bottles and produced legendary wines. He was one of the founders of the NV Vintners and Robert Mondavi’s mentor.

Lail did a 5 year apprenticeship with Robert Mondavi from 77-82. She mounted the first NV Wine Auction in 1981. In 1982 Lail co-founded Dominus and in 1983, co-founded Merryvale. Also served as Managing Director of Meadowood in 1985 and 1993. Founded Lail Vineyards in 1995 with her husband, Jon, and her daughters taking the family legacy into the 21st Century.

Justin Wender, formerly the president of Castle Harlan, is providing strategic advice to the Company concerning growth and profitability. Castle Harlan is a unit of investment partnerships that have participated in seven private equity funds, four domestically and three in Australia, totaling more than $3.2 billion in capital commitments in private equity with realized rates of return of approximately 30% compounded. Before joining Castle Harlan in 1993, Justin worked in the Corporate Finance Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he assisted clients with a variety of corporate finance matters. He is a board member of Morton's Restaurant Group, Ames True Temper, Caribbean Restaurants, LLC and Baker & Taylor Acquisitions Corp. In addition, Justin currently serves as a trustee of Carleton College, and is the chair of the International Center for the Disabled, an organization devoted to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of the disabled. Justin is a cum laude graduate of Carleton College with a B.A. in Political Science and has his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Chad MacDonald, Founder and CEO of ServiceForce USA, has become nationally known for his visionary approach to the strategic growth of business, the facilities maintenance industry and emerging technologies. While in college, Mr. MacDonald founded Service Management USA, Inc., which grew both organically and through strategic acquisitions to become one of the nation's preeminent facilities maintenance service contractors. His company became the platform company for Building One Services Corporation (NASDAQ:BOSS). Mr. MacDonald was the driving force in this acquisition and consolidation of more than 100+ janitorial, electrical and mechanical companies, with more than $2 billion in revenues.
